I’m 51 years old and noticed I had cellulite in 2000 on my upper thighs, front and back, and on my derriËre. The reason I remember the date so well is because that is the year I became certified as a scuba diver and for the first time in many years, I began wearing a swimsuit again. It was my scuba diving that called this to my attention because, unlike many women, I don’t tan – don’t get out in the sun without a complete sun block, and the only time I wear a swimsuit is when I’m diving and, quite frequently, I’m the only woman on the dive. I was very self-conscious. I thought making certain I had no razor burn bumps was bad, but when I saw the cellulite, I wanted desperately to find a way to rid myself of it.
I would say [cellulite] considerably affects me emotionally. As a scuba diver, I wear a swimsuit more than just the summer months – I’ve been self-conscious about cellulite since I began diving. As I stated before, frequently I’m the only woman on the boat or with the group, and (no vanity here), I KNOW I’m being observed when I remove my cover-up and shorts and start the process of getting into my wetsuit. That’s when cellulite has certainly been on my mind. I get into my wetsuit as quickly as possible, and don’t take off my cover-up until I have the bottom half of the wetsuit on. That’s how self-conscious I was. I use the past-tense because, after taking a look at myself in the mirror– I realized the miraculous has occurred, my cellulite is almost gone!
I’ve worn whatever clothing it takes to cover up my cellulite – which – in the past has meant, shorts down to my knees. Subsequently, shorts were dropped from the list of clothing, because shorts which are that long look terrible on me, hence, Capri pants were added to the wardrobe. I never wore Capri pants before (because, quite frankly, I don’t think I’m one of those people that Capri pants flatter). I was so self-conscious that I changed my dressing habits to cover up the ugly cellulite. Additionally, there was the budget impact of purchasing the Capri pants. In the past couple of years I started out with one pair, and over the past eight years, I now have more that a dozen pair. I would say that’s an impact. NOW, however, I’m going to be able to go back to wearing my shorts – that is, my short shorts (always in good taste), because I’m not going to be worried about ugly cellulite.
[I’ve tried many other products for cellulite, but] I don’t remember all of the brands or products – one I do remember, however, is the Nivea system of lotion and patches. Using the lotion was not too bad. Using the lotion itself, I was absolutely no results. Wearing the patches and using the lotion I saw minimal results, but they were positively minute and, wearing those patches was a nightmare. I used a wooden roller (multiple wooden balls on a handle) system that was supposed to break the cellulite down. Now, it sounded logical, but I never noticed even the smallest difference. At one time I used a product on the market through a major cosmetic line and it never even made a dent (it’s going to bug the devil out of me until I remember the name). I don’t believe any of the products I purchased was worth the money spent, large or small, and, although I used the products as directed and religiously, I never saw any results. Hence, use of all of the products was discontinued. I’m a patient person, but I dislike throwing money away.
I believe CelluScience is a true godsend – it’s a unique and revolutionary product. I, considering past product failures, was skeptical about the ability of CelluScience to make a difference. I was patient, and that patience has paid off. The difference is, in my opinion, nothing short of incredible. My lifestyle (caring for two elderly parents – both 70ish) doesn’t allow for a regular exercise program. But, because of CelluScience, I’m going to make time to get my body toned and firmed everywhere else. I really think CelluScience worked a miracle for me. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
I would say that 75% or better of my cellulite has disappeared. Previous products produced no results – so – there’s simply no comparison. CelluScience works, other products don’t!!!
I’m already a walking commercial for CelluScience. I ask other women if they could spare a few seconds a day to rid themselves of a disturbing deformity (at least that’s what I think of cellulite) that almost all women (particularly my age) have, some younger and a lot which are older. I tell them of the results I’ve seen in myself and that I didn’t have to spend hours a day or even hours a week, all I had to do was stick with the program as directed and I saw results after 4 months.
Everyone I know (female that is) knows about the success I’ve had with CelluScience and there’s no doubt I’m positive about the product. I’ve had strangers overhear the conversation I’m having with gal pals and ask about the product. I guess you could say I’m a CelluScience promoter!
I definitely feel sexier now, my boyfriend definitely thinks so. I no longer worry about the covert looks that come my way when I’m slipping into my wetsuit. I have more confidence. I’m on a moderate diet now to shed some unwanted pounds (although I’m told by others I don’t need to diet) and I’m exercising to improve all around body tone. All of this has come as a result of ridding me of so much of that nasty cellulite. When one part of your body worries you, and you can’t find a way to change it, somehow it affects the way you look at yourself all-around. Because of the changes I’ve seen as a result of using CelluScience, I feel better all over, and I’m making lifestyle changes. One significant change, which may not seem like much, is that after 20 years of highlighting my hair blonde, I’ve returned to my natural brunette color, and I style my naturally curly hair straight or curly, but the point is, I’m making changes in other areas. I would definitely say that my lifestyle has changed so much for the better. I could go on and on. I realize these are verbose answers, but there’s no way to explain or enumerate the positive effect CelluScience has made in my life.
