Cancellation Policy
If you are unhappy with a product, it may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) within the first 30 days of the original purchase date.
For faster processing for your return, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Contact SANTICA RESEARCH LABS within 30 days of original purchase date at 1866-726-8422, Mon-Fri 9-5PM EST. You will be given a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). (No refunds will be given without an RMA number).
2. Enclose a note with a copy of the original invoice with the reason for the return and the RMA number. Carefully package the products in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s). Make sure the products are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. All items must be received in a resalable condition for a refund.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method. Please send your return package via FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post Insured. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Keep accurate records and tracking numbers of your shipment until you have received your credit or new merchandise.

Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. If the original order was purchased via credit card, your refund will be credited to your original credit card account. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued. We do not issue refunds or credits on opened or used merchandise.
If you order arrives damaged, please call within 72 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service line 1866-726-8422, they will gladly assist you Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm EST.
