Return/Cancellation Policy
Cellulite is a skin condition that doesn't develop overnight and requires a commitment on your part to help reduce it from the inside - where it develops - with CelluScience. However, if you find a reason, it may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) within the first 30 days of the original purchase date. Call us if you're unsatisfied for any reason - we're glad to offer guidance and advice to achieve your beautiful, smooth silhouette.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Refund eligibility starts on the purchase date. Please carefully follow the steps outlined below:
1. Contact SANTICA USA RESEARCH LABS, LLC within 30 days of original purchase date at 1-866-876-8872, Mon-Fri 9AM-5.30PM EST. You will be given a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No refunds will be given without an RMA number and package will be refused. RMA numbers will be valid for 10 days only. Payments scheduled for orders with an RMA number already issued cannot be stopped until receipt of merchandise (2 unopened and in resalable condition.). A refund will be issued upon approval of eligibility. In the case of an eligible return, the shipping and processing fee will be not refunded. In case of a return, shipping and processing will be deducted from refund amount even if original offer included free shipping.
2. Write the RMA# on the outside of your shipping box. Shipments without RMAs will be refused.
3. Enclose a note with a copy of the original invoice/packing slip with the reason for the return and the RMA number. Carefully package the products in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padded material to protect the product(s). Make sure the products are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. If your shipment contained 3 boxes of CelluScience, 2 must be unopened and in resalable condition. If your shipment contained 4 boxes please read below for additional instructions (Premium Membership Package).
4. We recommend using a traceable shipping method. Please send your return package via FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post Insured with a signature requirement. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Santica Research Labs is not responsible for lost packages. Keep accurate records and tracking numbers of your shipment until you have received your credit or new merchandise.

Premium Membership Return/Late Cancellation: You have 90 days from original order date to contact customer service to re-schedule or cancel Premium Membership shipments. We do not issue refunds or credits on damaged, opened or used merchandise from Premium Membership Packages. All items must be in resalable condition. Premium Membership Packages are automatically sent about 90 days after we send your first shipment. If for whatever reason you would like to reschedule or cancel these shipments, you must contact customer service to make arrangements before the shipment is made. Late cancellations on premium packages must take place within 30 days of shipping date and require an RMA. RMAs will be issued by phone during regular customer service hours (9AM-5.30PM EST Mon-Fri) 1-866-876-8872. RMA numbers will be valid for 10 days only. Payments scheduled for orders with RMA numbers already issued cannot be stopped until receipt of merchandise (4 unopened and in resalable condition.). Only unopened, new merchandise will be accepted. If you decide to keep the free gift, its regular retail price will be charged. Late cancellations will be charged a re-stocking fee equivalent to first installment, plus shipping and processing. For free gift pricing, contact customer service. Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed if eligible within 15 business days. If the original order was purchased via credit card, your refund will be credited to that same account. If other payment methods such as money orders or personal checks were used, Santica Research Labs will mail a check. Refused deliveries and return-to-sender shipments will be charged a re-stocking fee that equals the first installment paid plus shipping and processing. If payment was made in full, the fee will be the equivalent to the first installment plus shipping and processing with the difference being refunded. Cardholder must be the purchaser. Offers cannot be combined.
For International Orders only any additional landing costs-taxes /custom duties may apply. Fees can vary from country to country.
